What is travlneu?
travlneu is a travel marketplace. Rather than selling trips itself, it brings independent travel businesses — consultants, hosts, guides, stays, cafés, package operators and local vendors — onto one platform where travellers can discover, compare and book them.
What can I book on travlneu?
Any service a listed partner offers: a consultant to plan a trip, a guide for a specific route, a homestay or hotel, a seat in an existing group, a ready-made package, a café table, or local rentals and transfers. Each listing shows what is included before you pay.
Who actually provides the service I book?
The partner you booked with. travlneu operates the marketplace and the payment flow; the travel service itself is delivered by the independent business listed on the platform. Their identity and terms are shown to you before checkout.
How do I know a partner is genuine?
Partners submit business documents and credentials during onboarding, and our team reviews them before the partner can publish anything. Ratings and reviews come only from travellers who completed a booking.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed through Razorpay. You pay travlneu at checkout and we settle with the partner after the service is delivered, which is what lets us mediate if something goes wrong. travlneu does not store your card details.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. One cancellation policy applies platform-wide rather than differing by partner, so you always know where you stand before paying. The refund due at each point is set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
I run a travel business. How do I list it?
Apply through the contact form and choose the partner option. Onboarding is a single flow whatever your category, and our team verifies your documents before you go live.
What does it cost to list?
There is no listing or subscription fee to publish. travlneu earns a commission on confirmed bookings, agreed with you during onboarding. Full detail is on the Pricing and Fees page.
Where does travlneu operate?
We are onboarding partners across India first and opening categories region by region as coverage builds. Partners outside India can register interest and will be onboarded as we expand.
How do I raise a complaint?
Write to our grievance officer using the details on the Contact page. Complaints are acknowledged and responded to within the timeline stated in our Terms of Service.
