Pricing and Fees
What travellers pay, what partners pay, and what travlneu earns. No hidden charges on either side of a booking.

1. What travellers pay
Using travlneu costs a traveller nothing. There is no membership, subscription or search fee. You pay only for the services you book, at the price shown at checkout.
- The checkout price is inclusive — it covers the partner’s charge, the travlneu platform fee and applicable taxes.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a listing states otherwise.
- Anything payable directly to the partner on the day, or excluded from the booking, is listed separately before you pay.
- No charge is added after checkout. If a price changes before a booking is confirmed, we tell you and you can withdraw.
travlneu never adds a card surcharge. Payment gateway costs are borne by us out of the platform fee.
2. What partners pay
Listing on travlneu is free. There is no onboarding fee, no listing fee and no monthly subscription required to publish services.

Commission is a percentage of the booking value and is the only charge deducted from a standard settlement. It is set out in writing in your partner agreement before you can publish, and we give at least 30 days’ notice before changing it.
3. How partners are paid
- travlneu collects the full booking amount from the traveller at checkout through Razorpay.
- We hold it until the service has been delivered, which is what allows us to mediate a dispute.
- After delivery we settle the booking value less commission to the partner’s registered bank account.
- Settlement is initiated within 7 business days of the service completion date, unless a dispute is open on that booking.
- Every settlement is itemised in the partner dashboard, showing the booking value, commission and net amount.
4. Taxes
Prices shown to travellers include taxes applicable to the booking. travlneu issues an invoice for its platform fee and commission, with GST charged as applicable. Partners remain responsible for their own tax obligations on the services they deliver, including raising invoices to travellers where required and accounting for GST on their supply.
5. Fees when a booking is cancelled
- Where a traveller receives a full refund, travlneu retains no commission on that booking.
- Where a partial refund applies under the cancellation ladder, commission applies only to the amount retained.
- Where a partner cancels or fails to deliver, travlneu retains no commission and the traveller is refunded in full.

6. Questions about fees
